All sights have electric, water, septic, a fire ring, and picnic table. We offer four fully self-contained private restrooms, large laundry facilities, and extra-large sites up to 40'x65'. We also have a High-Speed Gen 6 Wi-Fi and don't forget to stop by the office for a complementary cup of coffee in the morning.
Less than 4 miles from downtown Palestine, 7 miles to the Texas State Rail Road, 4 miles to the Dogwood Trails, and under 30 miles to Lake Palestine
We have all the information on local events such as Polar Express, Hot Pepper Festival, Dogwood Trails Festival, Mardi Gras on Main St, Dogwood Jamboree, Palestine Old Time Music and Dulcimer Festival. With so much going on, we are sure you’ll have a pleasant experience here and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.
